Our Staff
Hospital Director
Hospital director Barbara Davies has been part of the Valley Veterinary Hospital staff for more than two decades. A native of Lafayette, Calif., Barbara attended the University of California at Davis, where she received a bachelor's degree in zoology in 1986.
Barbara enjoys the rewards and challenges of working at a veterinary hospital, as well as the closely-knit staff.
In her spare time, Barbara enjoys trail riding, gardening and spending time with her children Kaitlynn, Emma and Aiden. She also cares for a large family of pets: Wyatt, a Queensland Heeler; Nick, a German Shepherd; Cowboy, an Australian Shepherd; Tuloose and Dillon, domestic shorthair cats, and Amber, a quarter horse mare.
Lead Veterinary Nurse
Lead veterinary nurse Jackie Ann Jimenez has been working in the animal-care field for 10 years.
A native of San Francisco, Jackie Ann has been working at Valley Veterinary Hospital since March 2001. She previously worked at Skyline Pet Hospital.
In her spare time, Jackie Ann enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family, which includes five cats — Sky, Muffin, King Henson, Chase and Ladybug — and three dogs, Suzie, Rosie and Lily.
Lead Receptionist
Lead receptionist Briana Baca has been a member of the Valley Veterinarian Hospital since 2003.
Briana enjoys the family-like atmosphere of Valley Veterinary Hospital and likes meeting new clients and their pets. Briana has worked in the animal care field for seven years, and previously worked at Brentwood Veterinary Hospital and Hillcrest Animal Hospital.
Briana is the proud owner of Galaxy, a Boxer, and two cats, Noel and Joanne. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and fishing and taking Galaxy out for trips to the dog park.
